We prepare content with care and keep event information up to date. If you identify an error, please contact office@healthexpo-vienna.at. Reports will be reviewed and necessary corrections made. This does not constitute an unlimited guarantee of error-free content or uninterrupted technical availability.
Health information
Content about health, prevention, medicine and lifestyle is general information. It does not replace individual medical examination, diagnosis or treatment and is not a personal treatment recommendation. Statements by speakers and exhibitors are attributable to the relevant contribution. Publication or participation in the expo does not amount to blanket medical endorsement of a product or provider by the organiser.
Offers and participation
Descriptions of formats and services do not replace an individual service agreement. Online forms support binding registrations / orders and non-binding enquiries. The selected type is explicitly displayed before final submission; no online payment is triggered. Binding bookings and services are governed by the contract actually concluded and its validly agreed terms. Statutory information duties and consumer rights remain unaffected.
External websites and hotel information
External links provide access to independent third-party services. Their content and subsequent changes are not under our continuous control. If specific unlawful content is reported, we will review the link and remove it where appropriate. Hotel suggestions are for orientation; bookings are made directly with the provider. Room availability, rates and special allocations are not guaranteed. A link alone does not create an agency or booking agreement.
Copyright and trade mark rights
Text, design, logos, images and videos may be protected by copyright or trade mark rights. Rights remain with the respective rights holders. Use beyond statutory permissions requires the necessary authorisation. For image-rights questions or suspected infringements, please contact us and identify the relevant content.
