Step-free arrival
According to VIECON, entrances are at ground level and lifts connect the levels. Krieau and Messe-Prater U2 stations have lifts between platform and street.
Parking and drop-off
Designated accessible parking is available at the main entrances and in the car parks. Drop-off points, including taxi drop-off, are located outside the entrances.
Accessible toilets
Accessible unisex toilets with emergency call systems are available on every level. Please note: access requires a Euro key.
Finding your way
Tactile floor indicators in the foyers and Braille buttons in the lifts support orientation.
