Binding exhibitor terms
Exhibitors are subject to all 22 terms on page 2 of the original exhibitor registration form, reproduced under Exhibitor terms and expressly accepted during binding registration.
Registration or enquiry
In the participation form, choose a binding registration / order or a non-binding enquiry. Before a binding submission, review the summary and confirm your authority and the applicable terms. The final button reads “Submit binding registration / order with obligation to pay”. An enquiry does not create a booking.
Applicable form terms
The applicable original form is linked as a PDF immediately before submission. It contains format-specific information, including services, payment, admission and cancellation. Review this document and the displayed current prices before submitting. An accreditation or application does not replace any organiser admission review.
Receipt and questions
After successful storage, the website displays a reference number. A receipt is sent through Microsoft 365; it documents the submitted details and is not an additional promise of a stand allocation or admission. No online payment is initiated. Questions: verwaltung@healthexpo-vienna.at.
