When and where is the expo?
Health Expo Vienna takes place on 21–23 October 2027 at VIECON Vienna, Hall C, at the Vienna exhibition grounds. Access is on the U2 side of the grounds.
Can I participate without a stand?
Yes. You can attend as a public visitor or with a trade visitor pass. Public admission prices are listed on the ticket page. Additional specialist formats can be requested separately.
Does the stand price include everything?
No. Rental, mandatory fees, walls, equipment and utilities are bundled differently depending on the package. The confirmed scope of the offer is decisive.
Are talks and VIP passes included with a stand?
Standard exhibition packages do not include expert talks or VIP passes. Separately booked specialist formats can include VIP passes. The Forum Session lasts 50 minutes and includes three VIP passes.
Are meetings or health checks guaranteed?
No. Matchmaking requires mutual agreement. Specific health activities, capacity and providers will be published after professional approval.
Which languages are planned?
German and English are fully drafted. Additional languages can be added through separate translation files and language-specific addresses. A new language is activated only after complete editorial review.
